Professional with more than 10 years of experience in international securities logistics for the mining sector. During his previous work experience, at Hermes Transportes Blindados, he was in charge of the management of a wide range of services in security, consulting, transportation, and storage for the main mining companies in Peru, such as Yanacocha, Barrick, Buenaventura, Hochschild Mining, Minsur, Consorcio Minero Horizonte, among others.
Business Administrator with more than 19 years of experience in the mining sector. Her experiences in logistics and commercial development in companies such as Thiess, Komatsu, Cardero Resources, Trevali Mining Corp., and Metso have given her extensive knowledge of all the stages of the mining industry such as exploration, mine operation, ore processing, among others.
MBA with more than 10 years of experience in due diligence and sustainability process for precious metals producing clients. His experience includes the validation of compliance with regulations, social responsibility and corporate sustainability programs as well as the management of client portfolios of large and medium-sized mining companies such as Volcan, MINSUR, Aruntani Southern Peru, among others.
MBA with more than 15 years of experience in a service sector company, leader of commercial, product and operations teams. Responsible for the direction and management of mining business units, managing the portfolio of the main gold and silver producing mines in Peru, structuring strategies that guarantee sustainable growth. Engineer with master's degrees in business management and innovation and sustainability.
